Grizzly Business
Grizzly Business
Born in 2013, Grizzly Business is an indie rock four-piece from San Diego, California whose style has drawn early comparisons to Spoon, the Strokes, the Shins, and pretty much any other band that starts with an "S".

The group is made up of too tall for his own good Brian Vilven on the bass. Super Sweed lefty extraordinar Corey McComb on guitar and ivories, Mr. Matt "the La Jolla of East County" Burke on the drums, and last and most definitely least Walter Ayllon on the vocals and guitar.

They have garnered the attention of their hometown music scene and toured throughout the West Coast, from Southern California to San Francisco, Seattle, and everything in between.
The Mondegreens
The Mondegreens is a rock group based in Seattle, WA churning out a new take on “California Soul”: song-based rock & roll, infused with R&B, psychedelia, and folk. With an infectious, harmony-driven sound that combines the raw passion of The Avett Brothers with the diverse soundscapes of Grizzly Bear, their sought-after live shows can “run from dusty, shambling Americana to bright and modern in a single set.” Before nestling into the Pacific Northwest in 2015, The Mondegreens spent three years forging solid bonds with audiences and refining their live performances across the western U.S. The boys toured constantly, playing strings of shows that invariably included the entire West Coast, but also extended from San Antonio, TX to Bozeman, MT, from Tucson, AZ to Jackson, WY.

As California valley natives, Jack Knight (guitar/vocals), Russell Rabut (guitar/vocals), and David Friedlander (bass/vocals), began collaborating in 2007, coming together around roots music, vocal harmony, and songwriting. Scotty Jenkins (percussion) was recruited prior to their 2015 tour to Austin’s SXSW, completing their current lineup. As at ease at an intimate house concert as they are on a festival stage, The Mondegreens continue to capture the attention of audiences of all shapes, ages, and sizes.

Lead Pony (fka Spero)
Sperø started with a self taught guitarist (Jesse Hofstee) and a classically trained pianist (Hillary Laughery) having various jam sessions that turned into 8 hour days in a room in Alpine, CA trying to create something based on the bands they loved. Together they created a rock and roll style that pulled influences from modern and classic rock that they had listened to through out their lives. Soon they found a bass player and drummer to join with the same drive and passion as them. With each member bringing their own background and influences to the table, Sperø was able to create a new sound for them selves with their first single release "Secrets". As the members grew as people and artists, their sound matured with them into a raw heavy blues style with touches of the classic rock they grew up on. Their sound has been compared to many artists including The Dead Weather and The Black Keys. Spero released their full length "Rational Paths" in 2013 a energetic bluesy rock and roll album about growing up and their passion for creating and sharing music. The full length was followed with "Pride" (2014) an EP of pulling sounds from traditional general like, folk rock, blues, and rock and roll. Spero had local success with the releases and started gaining a following up the California coast with a few tours. After each release the band was ready to get back to writing and after the release of "Pride" the band felt they were finally finding the sound they had been searching for with the previous releases and felt they were ready to take some bigger steps and put all they had learned into their new material and performance.
Spero played the Red Gorilla Fest, a free festival in Austin, TX during SXSW, for the second time in 2015. Their performance was was in a small cramped dive bar with no stage but Spero brought all the intensity they had as their live performance has always been full of passion. Their performance caught the attention of grammy winning engineer and producer Vance Powell(Jack White, Beck, Kings of Leon, The Raconteurs, and more). Vance invited Spero to his Nashville studio, Sputnik Studio to produce and record their next EP. The band was ready for the opportunity and in October of 2015 they spend a couple weeks recording "Eclipse", set to release May 13th, 2016. It is a serious testament to the hard work the band put into writing their songs and the result is a reflection of their collectively dark brooding mindsets. Spero recent made some changes to the line up bringing fellow San Diego musician Dylan Stallard on drums with his dynamic yet raw rock and roll style. With the new release Spero is coming out with a fresh sound and image and ready to share their their passionate mindsets and rock and roll attitude to as many people as they can reach.
