A mixture of live electric guitar, indie synth textures and electronic beats, DLA is the new solo project of David Lopez de Arenosa, from San Diego, CA.
San Diego area native and ambient/experimental music performer and promoter John Noble creates live improvised electronic music on a "new school" analog modular synthesizer as prettyhowtown. Every live piece is a unique journey for both the performer and audience.

Rejecting both the studio and--when possible--the stage, Noble prefers to blur the line between audience and performer by being among the people he creates music (and sometimes outright noise!) for. As San Diego music critic "tentacleears" wrote: "With constant rhythmic beats, it’s music for the high-minded, for watching the river run or even a day of beach yoga. Appropriate for both standing still and moving your body through fun and funky dance steps, prettyhowtown creates an atmosphere that will bring a smiling serenity to your face."

Noble hosts the monthly live experimental music series "Fully Patched" at The Kava Lounge on Kettner Blvd., co-hosts the "Eternal" music festival in Jacumba, California, and plays a variety of live events. Please visit for more information.
